Paul & I would like to, once again, express our gratitude to you and your staff for making our special day simply wonderful. Your servers, Liisa & Elizabeth were exceptionally professional and gracious as well as most attentive to our wedding guests.

Chef Jessie Martin and her assistant Marnie produced a meal that was outstanding. We are still receiving compliments on how amazing everything tasted. Your time, which you gave freely to help co-ordinate everything, was gracious and we are grateful you were there. We will not hesitate to recommend you and your staff to anyone in the future. To Whom It May Concern,

Planning a wedding is probably the most stressful venture one can undertake. With the actual ceremony only taking about one hour, it’s really all about the dinner. Finding a caterer who can fulfil your dreams is a tough task indeed.

We originally chose the Reef, as it had quickly become our favourite restaurant and all we could think of was Ribs, roti’s and the lamb shank.

After a bit more planning, we decided that we would like a different theme for the food but wanted to remain with the Reef as our caterers.
This wasn’t a problem for The Reef and their staff.
The menu they came up with for my dinner was outstanding and completely original, as most catering companies had similar menus. Furthermore, they more than met my culinary and budgetary requirements.
They handled the reception with the up most professionalism and I heard nothing but complements from all of my quests. Many said that it was possibly the best catering event they had been to.

In the end the Liz da Mata, and Simon Cotton took care of all our requests with ease and we had one less worry. The Reef’s catering made our wedding day a smooth success and we will always use their services regardless of the function planned.
