
The Reef Restaurant opened to critical acclaim
in May of 1999. Founded by Liz Da Mata & Simon Cotton, their long term friendship
& collective work experience has translated into a
friendly atmosphere that can be felt the moment you enter their cozy
island environment. The restaurant is decorated with rich, warm colours &
textures native to the Caribbean Islands, providing an ambience that critics &
guests have said “it’s truly like being there!”
The Reef prides itself on customer service & distinctive Caribbean
cuisine in a casual atmosphere. The restaurant is fully licensed
& serves typical Caribbean drinks such as Red Stripe beer & Dragon Stout.
